General

These terms and conditions will apply to all transactions placed online or direct with Kuickwheel UK. Please read carefully before placing any order. All contracts shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms and conditions will be deemed to affect your statutory rights.

Orders

We are pleased to accept orders by any of the following methods: MasterCard, Visa, Delta, Switch, Maestro, Solo, PayPal . Online transactions via secure server. All credit/debit card transactions are subject to validation checks and are authorised by the card issuer. If the issuer of your card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay and/or non-delivery of your order. No orders will be accepted or processed without a valid card payment in the name of the registered cardholder. All other details of our Security & Privacy Policy can be found here.

The shown web price includes VAT at 20%. To calculate the tax-free value of the goods, divide the price shown by 1.20

All prices are shown in pound sterling (£) and are inclusive of UK VAT at the current rate unless clearly stated. Customers who are shopping from abroad will be shown their countries prices in the respective currency.

Products, Prices & Content

Whilst every effort is made to ensure the pictures and colours depicted on the site match as closely as possible to those of the actual product, due to technical limitations, some colours may vary.

Prices, product descriptions and specifications are checked to the best of our ability, and whilst every effort has been made to make them accurate, no responsibility will be accepted for errors and omissions.

Any information displayed on our website(s) or other printed matter by the company is not regarded to be authoritative or certified as the best practice and is only considered to be useful supplementary advice to other certified codes of practice. All information on our web site is updated regularly.

We reserve the right to alter our prices and specifications without notice.

We reserve the right to remove or change discount codes without notice. Discount codes cannot be used by customers ordering from outside of the United Kingdom.

Free Gifts

Some of our products are offered with Free Gifts. Free Gifts offered at any one time are based on a ‘per order’ basis rather than a ‘per item’ and applies while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute any free gift with an item of equal or higher value. Kuickwheel UK reserves the right to remove Free Gifts without prior notice.

Ownership of Goods

All items supplied to the customer remain the property of Kuickwheel Uk Ltd until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.

Discount & Voucher Codes

Kuickwheel reserves the right to remove or change any offered voucher codes at any point and without notice.

Voucher & Discount Codes can only be used by customers ordering from within the United Kingdom.

Only 1 Voucher Code can be used on any order. Voucher Codes cannot be used in conjunction with any other voucher code.

We cannot be responsible for the validity of voucher codes which are offered on any 3rd party websites.

Kuickwheel Uk Ltd are fully in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation 2016/679 that came into force on May 25th, 2018. The Kuickwheel Security and Privacy Policy outlines why we require your personal data and how we will use your data to process and order. We will never sell your details on to a 3rd party, nor will we contact you for marketing purposes, unless you choose to opt into our newsletter.

Customers must be aware that they own their own data. In accordance with the EU GDPR legislation, Kuickwheel UK will make every effort to ensure that customers are fully in control of their personal data and that we always follow the below points.

We will always tell you why we need your data and what we will do with any given personal details.

  • The Right to Access data

Registered Customers are able to access, amend or delete their details at any time. Please log into your account to access your personal details. If you are a Guest Customer and would like to request details of the information held about you, we will send this information to you within 1 month, free of charge.

  • The Right to Rectification

As we have outlined above, registered customers can access, edit, or delete their data through the ‘My Account’ section of our website, at any point. Alternatively, if requested, we can amend or delete any data that we hold about you. If you are a Guest Customer and would like us to amend or delete details of the information held about you, we will make any changes, free of charge, within 1 month.

  • The Right to Erased/be forgotten or restricted

At any point, a customer may choose to have their data removed from our system.

  • The Right to Data Portability

This right enables customers to move, copy or transfer their personal data we hold on them within our system to another service in a safe way. Please contact Kuickwheel Uk on the process for this procedure.

Placing an Order

When you place an order on Kuickwheel UK, we may collect and store any personal data that you may volunteer whist using our services. The type of information that we will collect to process an order will include - Your title and name; known address; delivery address; contact telephone numbers; e-mail address; order and payment details. Details may be forwarded securely to other parties to fulfil this order only. These will include delivery and payment partners. We will never share or sell your personal data with any other parties.

You may create an account with us to allow a faster checkout process and to allow you to track the progress of your order. Your personal data will be held in accordance with the above points as to how we are conforming to the GDPR legislation. You also have the option of creating a guest account. When creating a password, we advise using a combination of the following: A lower case letter; an upper case letter; at least 2 numbers and a special character eg) ?*/- Kuickwheel Uk advises changing your account password every 3 months. We do not have access to any passwords that have been created on accounts, however, if you have forgotten your password, please select the ‘Forgotten Password’ link to be sent an email of how to reset your password.

We will collect and store information about you to allow us to firstly, process and fulfil any order requirements. Only customers who have chosen to sign up to our newsletter will be contacted regarding any services or promotions that we run from time to time. We will not contact you for market research purposes, nor to market any promotions, unless you have opted into subscribing to our newsletter.

If you are placing an order for somebody else, please ensure that you have the right to do this. Kuickwheel UK highly advises gaining written permission from the 3rd party customer to submit their personal data to us.

What are Cookies?
